Zuni Elementary has approximately 450 students currently enrolled for the 2008-2009 school year.   By means of classroom instruction throughout the school year,  I am able to know each student as an individual.  My lessons incorporate developmentally appropriate activities that emphasize Respect, Honor, Responsibility, and Safety. Learning to work as a team to achieve a common goal is our daily intention.

 

As School Counselor I mediate student conflicts, assist the Principal in identifying students who are on the APS Alert List and support classroom teachers.

 

If a child is having a conflict at school, ranging from not having friends to difficulty in completing their homework, I am here to help them find their own solutions.
