Welcome back!!
Class lists will be posted at 3:45 on Monday, August 11th in the  following locations:
    1st grade:  hallway across from kindergarten in the southeast wing
    2nd and 3rd grade:  hallway in the northeast wing
    4th and 5th grade:  hallway outside the main office (all 4th and 5th  classes are now located in the portables)
Teachers will present their curriculum at 4:00, 4:30, and 5:00pm.   Please plan to attend one session for each child at Zuni.
Mrs. Elder will be in the library to present handbook updates and  answer questions regarding Zuni's Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP)  designation at 4:00, 4:30, and 5:00pm.    If a conference regarding an individual student is desired, please  schedule an appointment with the teacher

The first day of school for grades 1-5 is Tuesday, August 12th.   Wednesday, August 13th, will be, as usual, an early dismissal day; school will end at 1:45.

The first day of school for kindergarten is Thursday, August 14th.   Teachers will have a curriculum orientation for kindergarten parents  on Tuesday, August 14th from 9:10-10:10.  Kindergarten teachers will  be calling parents to schedule visits on Tuesday, August 12th and  Wednesday, August 13th.

New student registration 9am - 3pm on:

Friday, August 8

New students must bring:

- current immunization records

- current proof of residence (June or July PNM bill with parent/guardian's name and address OR a transfer approval letter)

- birth certificate
